What
are our minimum requirements to apply?
You must be at least 18 years of age. You must have a checking account that
has been open and in use for at least 90 days. You must have a minimum
of $1000 in payday or fixed income deposits per month.
How does cash-instantly.com work?
Cash-instantly.com provides short-term cash advances that
are electronically deposited into your checking account.
Everything from application to payment is done electronically
via our web site or by phone. When your loan is due, the
amount borrowed plus a service fee is debited from your
checking account.
How much money can I borrow, and what are your fees?

When
will the money be in my bank account?
If your application is approved before 7PM EST
on a banking day, we will transfer the money
to your bank overnight, and the funds should
be posted to your account the next banking day.
What if I cannot pay the amount owed
by the due date?
If you choose not to pay your loan on the due date, you can extend the loan
for an additional fee. You can extend your loan up to three times, paying only
the finance charges and fees due at that time.
NOTE: After THE FIRST THREE (3) extensions you
must pay (on loans up to $599.00) a minimum of
$50.00 more
than the fees due until the loan principal is fully repaid. On
loans of $600.00 or more you must pay a minimum of
$100.00 more
than the fees due until the principal is fully repaid.
ANY
LOANS that exceed 27 days in duration, the above payment
minimums on the principal are doubled.
Why do I have to pay extra on the principal when
I do an extension?
Payday loans are designed to be short term loans to meet an immediate need.
Unfortunately, a dependence on extensions moves a customer into a long term
situation which is not in their best financial interest. We are committed to
dealing with consumers with honesty and integrity and do not wish to take advantage
of anyone or to allow them to abuse a system to their own harm.
Can
I have more than one loan at a time with Cash-Instantly.com?
No. We only allow one loan per household or bank account at a time. You must
wait at least 4 banking days after paying off a loan before
applying for a new loan.
Do I need access to a fax machine?
Yes. If you are a new customer applying for the first time, you must fax your
current bank statement and a voided check before your loan application can
be considered. Previous customers with Bank Statements already on file that
are more than 90 days old, will need to fax a new current bank statement
and voided check when they apply for another loan.
